Policies of the Diocese of Reno Resource Center

Hours of Operation:

The Diocese of Reno Resource Center is open Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm unless otherwise noted.

Requirements for Use:

Before you are permitted to borrow material from the Resource Center you will be asked to sign an agreement similar to the following:

I agree to be responsible for all items borrowed from the Diocese of Reno Resource Center in my name, including items borrowed by others with my consent.  I promise to comply with all library rules and policies both present and future, and to give prompt notice of change of address, phone number or other contact information.

·        There will be an annual fee of $60.00 per parish or school for use of the Resource Center.  This fee will allow us to order new resources, as suggested by parishes and the Pastoral Center, and are approved by the director.  It will also allow us to keep the resources and the Center as a whole in a suitable working condition.

·        There will be an annual fee of $10.00 for individual borrowers.

·        A parish contact person must be provided.  This individual will receive any notice for late fees or damages.

·        Failure to sign this agreement will mean you will not be permitted to use the Resource Center.

·        Identification is required. A driver's license or student ID is preferred, however, any other official ID.
