Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Cemetery is owned and operated by the Roman Catholic Bishop of Reno, we are a member of the Catholic Cemetery Association, American Cemetery Association and Catholic Cemeteries of the West Association. As part of the Roman Catholic Church, we are proud of our reputation and accomplishments, as well as, confident of the trust that families in the Reno area have placed with our operations. Our cemetery has been designed with families of all Christian faiths in mind, who desire to have their loved ones memorialized with dignity. We are a non-profit, full service cemetery with endowment care funds to guarantee the maintenance and care of the properties and facilities. This includes 7557 used interment plots, over 1000 reserved plots and over 500 niches for the placement of remains, within the confines of our cemetery. |
